• In the event that there is an old extension at the same installation site, the company is not responsible for any defect in the old copper in that it cannot be changed
• With every air conditioner 4 meters free of charge, copper and an additional meter worth 60 riyals for the air conditioner 18 and 24, to be paid before installation
• Increase the copper in the air conditioner 30 and 36, the value of a meter is 80 riyals, to be paid before installation
• Increase the copper in the air conditioner 100 riyals to be paid before installation
• The value of the chair is paid 60 riyals according to the table shown behind the invoice, depending on the size of the air conditioner
• In the event that the materials (copper - chair) are provided by the customer, half of the above-mentioned value or behind the invoice is paid as a labor fee
• The company is not responsible for establishing the new installation location, such as draining water or extending electricity
• With each air conditioner, one slot is free, and any other slot is 60 riyals
• The company is not responsible for the hole in the event that the wall is concrete, and the customer must prepare the hole before the arrival of the technician
• In the event that the customer wishes to install the compressor on the wall, the installation shall be at a height of a maximum of 3 meters
• The company is not responsible if the air conditioner needs a scaffold or crane, and the customer is responsible for the cost
• The company has the right to take compensation for each air conditioner 100 riyals in the event that the technician arrives at the place and the installation stops due to the lack of readiness of the place for any reason from the customer
• If the installation is outside the city of the branch, at a distance of 80 km, the customer pays an additional installation value for each air conditioner 100 riyals, and that the number of air conditioners is not less than 5 air conditioners
• In the event that there is a wall of marble or stone, the place is prepared by cutting the place to install the wall base before the arrival of the technician. The company is not responsible for breaking water pipes or cutting electrical wires inside the wall if the customer does not alert the technician
• Determining the place of installation of the air conditioner is done by the customer, and the value of changing the place of the air conditioner after the completion of the installation is 250 riyals to be paid before work

Warranty, maintenance and after-sales service by Aman Watqan:

• The warranty is the agent ’s warranty and we are the link between the client and the agent , and the warranty does not include misuse resulting from the client.
• The products sold by us are covered by the agent's warranty for two years. Factory warranty starts from the date of purchase.
• You should read the accompanying instruction manual booklet before using the product to ensure that it complies with the local safety and electrical requirements.
• All electrical appliances we sell are designed to operate on the 220-240V range unless otherwise specified.
• If you do not have the appropriate range to operate the product with this voltage/electrical source we advise you not to use the product. Products damaged due to the wrong electrical source will not be accepted under the manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions.
• All products sold in our online store have passed quality checks and are ready for use when shipped. If there is any problem with the product, we advise you to contact the authorized maintenance center at the Air Conditioning Meteorology Corporation directly to request guidance in repairing the product.
